|Having spent more than 20 years of my life in close connection with the dance industry, I obtained my Stretching coach diploma and I continue to deepen my knowledge in the different aspects of bodily functioning.

My approach is based on the principles of Dynamic Stretching, taking into account the theory of Anatomy Trains, and includes exercise elements from Pilates, Yoga and the classic floor barre.
