vegnpro crumble red

vegan protein kofta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet vegnpro crumble red
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp. (20g) almond flour (low-carb) OR cornflour (classic) and 1 tbsp. water (15ml) optional for a mega portion
  • 36 ml water
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 pinch of each pepper, cinnamon and salt if desired

Instructions
 

  • open a packet of mix along the upper edge. pour into a bowl and add seasoning.
    if mega portion : add 1 tbsp. (20g) almond flour (low-carb) OR cornflour (classic) and 1 tbsp. (15ml) of water
  • add (1/4) empty packet (~36ml) or more of cold water and stir well into a sticky dough
    set aside for 5 minutes
  • make into kebab shapes and cook as desired :
    fry in a hot oiled frying pan OR deep fry in hot oil at 150°COR poach in boiling water OR cook in the microwave at 900W for 1 minute or in a conventional oven at 150°C for 10 minutes.
