vegnpro cutlet
vegan protein tikka burger
Ingredients
- 1 packet vegnpro red cutlet mix
- 1 tbsp cornflour or almond flour or similar optional
- 1 pinch salt, pepper or other seasonings optional
- 36 ml water or more if flour added
- qsp oil for frying or air fryer optional
- 1 small onion finely sliced
- 1 small green pepper sliced
- 1 small red pepper sliced
Instructions
- empty 1 packet of vegnpro cutlet mix along with any flour and seasoning into a bowl and mix well
- add water as required and mix and work ,into a sticky dough
- press into a thick shape and cut into cubes and set aside for 5 minutes
- place sliced vegetables into a pan and fry until soft and add in the cutlet cubes
- continue frying seperately for a few minutes until the cutlet cubes are well cooked
- place the vegetables on a bun and add the cubes and serve hot
