vegan protein tikka burger


  • 1 packet vegnpro red cutlet mix
  • 1 tbsp cornflour or almond flour or similar optional
  • 1 pinch salt, pepper or other seasonings optional
  • 36 ml water or more if flour added
  • qsp oil for frying or air fryer optional
  • 1 small onion finely sliced
  • 1 small green pepper sliced
  • 1 small red pepper sliced


  • empty 1 packet of vegnpro cutlet mix along with any flour and seasoning into a bowl and mix well
  • add water as required and mix and work ,into a sticky dough
  • press into a thick shape and cut into cubes and set aside for 5 minutes
  • place sliced vegetables into a pan and fry until soft and add in the cutlet cubes
  • continue frying seperately for a few minutes until the cutlet cubes are well cooked
  • place the vegetables on a bun and add the cubes and serve hot
