vegan protein fish kebabs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet vegnpro filet mix
  • 1 tbsp cornflour or almond flour or similar optional
  • 1 pinch salt, pepper or other seasonings optional
  • 36 ml water or more if flour added
  • qsp oil for frying or air fryer optional
  • 1 clove crushed garlic optional
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley or coriander optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • empty 1 packet of vegnpro filet mix along with any flour and seasoning into a bowl and mix well.
    add water as required and mix and work ,into a sticky dough
  • press into a thick sausage shape and set aside for 5 minutes
  • break up or cut into square shaped chunks
  • add the garlic, parsley or coriander and lemon mixture
  • mix gently to cover all the pieces and fry, air-fry or bake until well cooked and serve hot as desired
