vegan protein fish kebabs
Ingredients
- 1 packet vegnpro filet mix
- 1 tbsp cornflour or almond flour or similar optional
- 1 pinch salt, pepper or other seasonings optional
- 36 ml water or more if flour added
- qsp oil for frying or air fryer optional
- 1 clove crushed garlic optional
- 1 tbsp minced parsley or coriander optional
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
Instructions
- empty 1 packet of vegnpro filet mix along with any flour and seasoning into a bowl and mix well.add water as required and mix and work ,into a sticky dough
- press into a thick sausage shape and set aside for 5 minutes
- break up or cut into square shaped chunks
- add the garlic, parsley or coriander and lemon mixture
- mix gently to cover all the pieces and fry, air-fry or bake until well cooked and serve hot as desired
