vegnpro cutlet and sauce

vegan protein cutlet stroganoff

  • 1 packet vegnpro red cutlet mix
  • 1 tbsp cornflour or almond flour or similar optional
  • 1 pinch salt, pepper or other seasonings optional
  • 36 ml water or more if flour added
  • 500 ml oil for frying or air fryer
  • 1 packet vegnpro sauce mix
  • 75+250 ml water for sauce
  • 200 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small onion finely sliced
  • 50 ml oil for stir-frying mushrooms and onions


  • empty 1 packet of vegnpro red cutlet mix along with any flour and seasoning into a bowl and mix well
  • add water as required and mix and press gently into a crumble
  • press into a thin cutlet shape and slice into strips
  • fry in oil or in an air fryer and set aside
  • empty 1 packet of vegnpro sauce mix into a bowl
  • add 75ml of cold water and mix into a paste
  • add 50ml of oil into a pan and stir-fry the onions and mushrooms
  • add 250ml of cold water and the sauce paste and mix well
  • bring to the boil, add the fried cutlet strips, salt, pepper and let boil together for 2 minutes and serve as desired
