keto vegan protein burger
Ingredients
- 1 packet vegnpro dough
- 1 packet vegnpro cutlet red
- 100 g toppings
Instructions
- open a sachet of vegnpro dough mix along the top edge and pour into a bowl
- fill the empty sachet two-thirds (~90ml) water and add to bowl
- mix together well and work into a dough
- make a ball shape on oven paper, sprinkle with sesame seeds and microwave 900W for 2 minutes or in a conventional oven at 150°C for 10 minutes
- open a sachet of vegnpro cutlet red mix along the upper edge and pour into a bowl
- fill the empty sachet one fourth (~36ml) water and add to bowl
- mix together well and shape into a burger patty
- pour a thick layer of oil into a skillet and heat to medium
- take the bun out of the oven and allow to cool
- place the burger patty in the hot oil
- slice open the warm bun and garnish as desired
- flip and cook the burger as desired
- place the burger patty on the bun and serve. Bon Appétit !!
