Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet vegnpro dough
  • 1 packet vegnpro cutlet red
  • 100 g toppings

Instructions
 

  • open a sachet of vegnpro dough mix along the top edge and pour into a bowl
  • fill the empty sachet two-thirds (~90ml) water and add to bowl
  • mix together well and work into a dough
  • make a ball shape on oven paper, sprinkle with sesame seeds and microwave 900W for 2 minutes or in a conventional oven at 150°C for 10 minutes
  • open a sachet of vegnpro cutlet red mix along the upper edge and pour into a bowl
  • fill the empty sachet one fourth (~36ml) water and add to bowl
  • mix together well and shape into a burger patty
  • pour a thick layer of oil into a skillet and heat to medium
  • take the bun out of the oven and allow to cool
  • place the burger patty in the hot oil
  • slice open the warm bun and garnish as desired
  • flip and cook the burger as desired
  • place the burger patty on the bun and serve. Bon Appétit !!
